— Ticket Link to Purchaser reroutes back to website not to tickets —

I am having a problem with the ticket notice message does not link to available tickets just purchased. Instead it reroutes back to the website. How can I change this?

—In your instructions you say – It can also be edited through the Messages editor. From your WP dashboard go to Event Espresso –> Messages. Then look for the Ticket Notice message type and click on Registrant. —

I understand how to get there but what do I do to add the registrants email? Are you directing us to do each ticket manually?

Please help – thank you!

Hi there,

— Ticket Link to Purchaser reroutes back to website not to tickets —
I am having a problem with the ticket notice message does not link to available tickets just purchased. Instead it reroutes back to the website. How can I change this?

Can you post either a link to an event I can run a test registration on, or a ticket link I can use to view this. (Preferably the event but you will need to approve my registration so I can view the link)

I understand how to get there but what do I do to add the registrants email? Are you directing us to do each ticket manually?

No, you usually don’t need to do each ticket manuually.

Can you explain exactly what your trying to do?

Are you just trying add the recipients email within the email?

Hi Tony – Here is the link to the event – https://thetheaterschool.com/rj-one-page/

When I test it I haven’t done any kind of registration approval – but I will keep an eye out. Thanks for your help!

Is that page set to be private?

I get page not found on that link.

If you prefer not to set the page to public can you provide loging details so I can view it please? You can use this form to send details:

https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

(Private pages may also explain whats happening with your ticket link)

Okay – I fixed that. I also made a free ticket and I am going to make a promo code for you – TONY

When I use the free ticket it brings me to Registration Confirmation – but now I am not getting any emails or tickets.

It will take a few minutes before you get the emails if your Messages Settings are set to send Messages on separate requests. You can change that setting to make them send on the same request in Event Espresso > Messages > Message Settings.
