Hey first time I’ve seen this and I have EE in 4 sites and have been using it for around 4 years. On a new site the “tickets” email comes and the link is leading to the homepage of the site even though the full ticket URL is in the link and shows in the URL bar when on the homepage. So we click on the “download tickets”, it has the full URL for the ticket such as /?ee=ee-txn-tickets-url&token=1-65263be7a021e30595d64985da63c386 and this displays the homepage. Any ideas why that would be the case?

Hi Trevor,
Could you double-check that the Ticket message type and Ticket Notice are enabled in Event Espresso –> Messages –> Settings?
Check HTML and then EMAIL on that page for the ticket messages above.

EMAIL
-Ticket Notice = YES
-Ticket message = No (I’ve never seen this on any of my EE related sites)

-Ticket = NO.
I just enabled that and voila. It works.
Thant did the trick. You are awesome Lorenzo. That was such a fast resolution. It’s Friday. Time to take the weekend off 🙂
