Hi Guys,
The image in the ticket seems to be larger than one that I have uploaded. Using Google Dev tool I can see that it says width: 100% (see link one). When I change this to like 50% the image seems fine; however when I add this amendment to Custom CSS, somehow this doesn’t take effect. Do you know why or can you help?

Hi Richard,
Where are you adding that CSS?
It looks like you are modifying a core EE file to add the CSS which we advise against (and is usually un-needed) as we can’t provide support for EE when the files have been modified.
You can add the styles within the ticket editor to fix this, go to:
Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default Message Templates -> Ticket (or your custom template is using a custom template)
Switch to text mode and add your styles within the editor – http://take.ms/qd8pj
Be careful switching to Visual mode as it will alter the code.
In the next version of Event Espresso we will be including another shortcode that will allow you to load different size images and set the width/height to display the image.

Hey Tony,
Thanks for explaining the correct way on how to go about modifying the ticket..I will give it a go or consult someone with good CSS skill.
On a separate, but ticket related matter..I have created a custom Html Ticket Template and added the two shortcode (see below) in order to get the supplied answer displaying on the ticket..Anyway reason why i am not seeing the answer(s)??
Shortcodes:
Licence/PassPort/TRN Number: [RECIPIENT_ANSWER_* Identity]
Test:[RECIPIENT_ANSWER_* What color?]

Just to let you know in version 4.9.10 we added a new shortcode to the messages system for images:
[EVENT_IMAGE_*]
The shortcode by default loads the ‘thumbnail’ version of your image but also allows you to pass the size, width and height attributes to the shortcode, for example:
[EVENT_IMAGE_*size=full width=250 height=250]
Will load the ‘full’ image and set the size of that image to 250 by 250.
Licence/PassPort/TRN Number: [RECIPIENT_ANSWER_* Licence/PassPort/TRN]
It looks like your question text has a space on the end but the shortcode above does not.
Test:[RECIPIENT_ANSWER_* What color?]
The question text must match exactly, your shortcode has ‘What color?’ but your question text is ‘what colour?’
