Hi. I am looking for help. Many people are receiving their ticket emails but we have had at least 2 cases on the main event Lakeside Park Tickets that haven’t received their ticket emails. chmelka316@yahoo.com is one and Amy Vaughn <amynvaughn@hotmail.com> purchased three sets of tickets and received the emails for two of the sets (transactions 221 and 223) but didn’t receive the ticket email for transaction 222. Please advise.
Also have a test event for 4th of July tickets and on test sale didn’t receive the tickets for it …..
chmelka316@yahoo.com email is in messages. The message for amy vaughn 222 is in messages but it is there at least 2 times maybe it wasn’t working properly? The message for the 4th of July tickets said it didn’t have a place to send it. I have tried this again and it worked. There are no messages in the queue for sending.
then you can check with us so we can recommend you what needed to be done.
For queued message, it happen sometime, but if it queued for long time, feel free to reach us again.
