Ticket Email not sending in Event Espresso

On the latest version of event espresso. Purchased a support token so please contact asap.

Tickets have stopped sending. The confirmation of payment receipt is sending fine, but individuals are not receiving their tickets. Have about 100 people in 2 days not get anything. Please advise and troubleshoot accordingly.

Hi Steve,

I sent you an email advising to complete the Redeem a Support Token form. We can look into this as soon as receive the site access information.
