Tickets have been going into the members accounts without a hitch accept we have had one instance where a user has purchased and received a ticket but when they go into their account the ticket is not there.
Is there a way of manually adding the details to his account?
Yes, all the details match, but when we looked into the member details it shows that there were 2 member ID’s created. This is the only time this has happened too.
The user needs to be able to see their ticket in their account
The only way for EE to create another Contact is if if didn’t find a current contact with the exact details used during the registration.
If the details of both contacts match and those are from separate registrations it’s possible the user registered with a typo, then edited the registration after to fix.
The only way for that registration to show up for the user in their account if for the registration to be assigned to the contact that is linked with the user account, to do that the details would need to be altered in the database. I’ll check in with our developers to see if there’s another way to work around this and let you know shortly.
