Ticket Date Assignment UI

The ticket date assignment UI is a little broken on my site. See image:

I can trick it by re-sizing the browser window to mobile size. Is this something on my site going funky or a bug?

I did check in my Laptop and Ipad and everything seems fine.

Can you clear your browser cache and perform a hard refresh

Can you also tell us what kind of device you are using and the browser.

Hi Michael,

I suspect this is a plugin (or possibly a theme) conflict as it’s not something I can reproduce on any of my test sites.

Can I take a quick look in the admin and see if anything stands out?

If so, send temp login details using this form:

Hi Tony,

You are correct. It is a conflict with the iThemes Security Pro plugin.

Apologies for not trying the usual steps of troubleshooting ahead of making the post. It was late last night!

I have shared login details via your form, if you’d still like to have a look.

Hi Rio,

I don’t see any other glaringly obvious UI issues so far. I’m fairly fresh at using EE and have only just started creating events and learning the ropes.

I am also having this issue, Is there an easy way for me to establish what plugin may be the issue, i am new to this also.

Easiest thing to do is disable all plugins then re-enable them one at a time checking the UI as you go.
