We have a huge event coming up with weekend, and I hope to resolve this issue asap.
1) The website & mobile app both show that we have 714 approved registrations but when I download the csv file it only shows 653.
2) The total ticket count on PayPal is incorrect as well. PayPal, shows that there are 685 tickets sold, but when I calculate the total gross of the event divided by the cost of 1 ticket, it equates to only 647 tickets sold.
What might be causing these issues? Your help is greatly appreciated.
I’ve just had a look over your event and it shows your using PayPal Pro for the payment method currently, did you use that for all registrations on the event?

How is this broken down on the event?
For example are all the registrations on a single datetime? Multiple datetimes?
Single ticket type or multiple?

How are you comparing those within PayPal, 685 transactions?
Can you add some screenshots of the ticket & datetime section for the event?
