The ticket categories boxes have disappeared on the event espresso event pages. Meaning anyone can purchase any ticket. There is no longer the box with the “Ticket Capability Requirement” where we would type “member_tickets” or “board_tickets” anymore. How do we get this feature back? It is very important for our events.
So, I found that we are using Legacy Editor, and then on our test site I changed it to Advanced Editor and that there is no “Ticket Capacity Requirement” option under the “Visibility” option. There is nothing underneath it.
That is so strange. It seems we had it installed, but for some reason, it was turned off. Thank you so much for your help!
