When a customer purchases a ticket the final screen displays all details and there they can access to download their receipt.
There is also a link to click in order to update attendee information.
Is it possible for customers/attendees to access and update the information on their ticket whenever they want or is that locked once they close that screen?
Was thinking if someone would like to sell their ticket that they have already purchased and then just put another name on the ticket.
A registrant will then be able to revise their registration details by clicking the link through the email notification. Note that this will only work for registrants after it has been added to the message type.
That this will not change the invoice information, right?
I only want the ticket details or registrant details to be revised for the tickets and such. The invoice says cannot be changed, as it is a legal entity from a business perspective.
So it should be possible for one registrant purchased a ticket to simply handover the ticket to someone else but still they should have their invoice stated on them.
The attendee information is referenced by the invoice so if the attendee/registrant information is changed, then the invoice details would also change.
