Have been using this option for ages but it appear to have disappeared now, any clues? It’s on my previous events, but not on new ones… |
Hi there, Are you using the advanced editor or legacy? |
Sorry unclear which editor you are referring to? All plugins are up to date and WP on 6.2.2, am running |
Event Espresso has two editors now as we transition to a Javascript user interface and support for recurring events. Go to Event Espresso > Events > Default Settings tab > Activate Advanced Editor > save the page. When you set up or edit a ticket you can add taxes. Note that if the ticket already has attendee sales, then you can’t edit the price. |
Great have changed that, however every time try and build the tickets / edit the tickets you click on ‘Set Ticket Price’ ALL the tickets disappear… |
Hmm, I’m not reproducing this. Can you post up the full steps so I can test this locally. If you can include a screenshot of the section I can likely work it out from there. https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-checklist/#screenshots Side note, the ‘This ticket is taxable’ issue you originally reported is something I’ve been able to reproduce and currently investigating further. |

Yeah, so I can’t reproduce that. In your browsers dev tools -> console, are there any errors being thrown? Or, can you send me temp login details so I can take a look? If so use this form: |
Sent details on the form |
That was happening becuase your price types had been trashed. Event Espresso -> Pricing -> Price Types. Everything other than VAT had been trashed, I’ve restored those and the editor now works. I’ll create a ticket for our developers to investigate this. |

Nope, just a little doolally 🙂 I’m joking obviously. Is there a reason you had removed all of the other price types? Event Espresso will need to handle that situation better either way as we do allow you to remove price types, just curious as to why. |
