Every time someone goes to register and they click the “Proceed to Finalize Registration” a never ending wheel or a message that says “This registration step could not be completed. Please refresh the page and try again”. After I refresh every works fine. This works after a payment and after selecting the check or invoice option.
I read other support forum entries and saw some suggestions about removing caching (we don’t have any caching), turning messages on and off (did this) and getting a specific module added to our server (which I had done) but we still have the issue.
Hi, the messages system is part of the core plugin and that should not cause any issues. If regular WP emails are going out, then those notifications should also go out.
Could you provide some additional information for troubleshooting?
Who is your hosting provider?
Have you tested with only Event Espresso 4 and its add-ons running?
Sporadic issues with registration checkout can be caused by a conflict with another plugin.
