I searched for this error message in the support forums, but none of the proposed solutions fix the error.
More specifically, I have completely disabled caching and ftp’d to make sure no cache files exist.
Can someone please let me know what else I can do?

Actually – tried again now with all plugins disabled – worked. So now to switch on one at a time to see which one broke registration.
Just leaving this post here in case others have the same issue.

I had a similar problem. Disable the mult cart event plugin. or if that does not help… use an older version of that plugin…the latter worked for me 🙂

Hi Bryan,
I noticed you have marked this thread resolved.
Was this issue with the Multi Event Registration Add-on? We have so far been unable to reproduce this issue so suspect is may be related server config but I’d like to narrow it down some if possible.

Hi Bryan,
Sometimes this can be a case where plugin deactivation frees up some memory, so if you can add something like:
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M' );
to the wp-config.php file it may allow enough memory for both plugins to run.
