I use EE4 with Thesis and had created a site-specific plugin instructions that I found previously to get it working. Since the most recent update (I think?) there is nothing showing on the checkout page and so my site cannot accept registrations. No idea how to fix.

Hi there,

We received your priority support request. Can you verify the FTP credentials and resend those via the Redeem a support token form? We are unable to connect with FTP with the credentials you sent.

Hi Josh, I resent them. I believe I forgot to put the “@websitedoman” on the end of the username.

Hi there,

Thank you. We got things working for the most part by updating to the Event Espresso 4 release candidate, and then manually registering and enqueueing the scripts and styles in your Thesis workaround plugin. We might be able to improve on how those scripts and styles get loaded if we can find a WordPress hook that Thesis actually uses.

Thanks Josh! Is there anything else I need to do?

When Event Espresso 4.9.40.p you’ll need to update to that version.

Is there any reason that this issue would have affected our discount codes? They seem to have stopped working as well.

Yes the issue is Thesis does not use standard WordPress hooks or function calls like get_header(). You can try updating to Event Espresso 4.9.40.p, which will help since that version uses some other hooks that the Thesis theme actually does call.
