Theme compatibility

I have just bought EE4 and am having problems using it at all.
Events don’t appear in menus in the 2014 theme and no EE pages appear in the Smartbox theme.
Any ideas?

Hi Peter,

Just to start from the beginning do you have EE4.3.1 install and activated within Dashboard -> Plugins?

In the Dashboard can you see the ‘Event Espresso’ section?

Is you go to Dashboard -> Settings -> Permalinks. What is currently set there?

Events don’t appear in menus in the 2014 theme
