Hi All,

We are continuing to get this error ONLY when trying to export the .csv file report of attendees on our website, https://danielledowneyclassic.com . Any work around for this? We really need to report as it contains the codes we are using when we physically print the tickets.

Hi Ryan,

You’ll need to check the PHP error log to find out why the site is experiencing technical difficulties. It may be the server is running low on memory (you’ll see a “memory exhausted” error in the logs if that’s the cause). In which case you’ll follow this guide to raise the memory limit:

Hi Josh,

I increased the memory limit, and am still getting that same message as posted above, when looking in the error logs I can’t seem to find anything related specifically to event espresso
.

The error may not be specific to Event Espresso. What you could do is activate WP DEBUG logging to capture the error to the WordPress debug log. Here’s how to do that:
