– I have application passwords installed and password created.
– This has been working in the past.
– I am using a brand new downloaded iphone Event espresso app.
Yes, the site is set to postname for permalinks. Always has been.
Yes, everything is updated. Decaf 4.9.38
I’m at a loss. Cannot get this thing to work, at all. I keep getting the same error message. Not sure what to try.
All seems in order and the iphone app simply says, “The Data is not in the correct format”
There must be a simple fix here.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for replying. Just updated the plugin. I’ve gone through all those trouble shooting steps. The mobile app has been working. Just quit. Same error code. Pops up like 3 to 4 times. I have to close each pop up out off the app on the phone.
I’ve gone through the trouble shooting checklist and as many forum posts as I could find.
So when you went through the troubleshooting checklist did you make the edit to the .htaccess file or try deactivating the other plugins on the website?
Thank you for your time and patience.
I worked the entire process over with a fine tooth comb.
Ended up being Jetpack. I’ve just deactivated it. Will toggle it between events and checkins.
Thanks again for being there!
Sorry it take so long to get back to you.
