The Cart doesn't empty if someone leaves the page without purchasing

When someone starts to purchase a ticket but leaves before finishing, the ticket is “saved” to their cart and others cannot purchase the ticket instead. How can I fix the setting so that the cart automatically empties itself after a certain amount of time?

Hi there,

That should happen automatically after the duration of the user’s session (which by default is 1 hour).

Are your tickets being held in reserve indefinitely?
