Hi, I did add this code to the .htaccess file and noting changed : Any idea ? |
Hi, Usually this would be the case if the user account does not have permissions for the other site. When you go to connect with the app you’ll either need to use a Super Admin level account, or a user account that has administrative capabilities for the second site. |

Hi, |
Can you try using a site admin account that’s a user for just that secondary site? You may need to reset the capabilities for the second site (go to the Event Espresso > Maintenance > Reset page) |

Hi, |
Maybe we can circle back to your other topic: https://eventespresso.com/topic/authorization-header-is-blocked-for-the-app-2/ May I ask what exactly did they do to get the app working for the main site? Perhaps the same needs to be applied for the secondary site? |

They did nothing special. Thanks |
So if you remove the new user accounts (in other words, have the site the way it was before new accounts were added) does the app work on both sites again? |
