Hi,
I have the plugin installed on a multisite network because I use two currencies for my events.
The application works on the main site (https://mealaniebilodeau-evenements.com), but when we try to connect on the secondary site(https://mealaniebilodeau-evenements.com/eu), it gives me this error:
“Sorry, you are not allowed to list events. Missing permission: ee_read_events, ee_read_others_events, ee_read_private_events”

I did add this code to the .htaccess file and noting changed :
# Begin Custom htaccess
SetEnvIf Authorization "(.*)" HTTP_AUTHORIZATION=$1
# End Custom htaccess
# BEGIN WordPress

Any idea ?

Hi,

Usually this would be the case if the user account does not have permissions for the other site. When you go to connect with the app you’ll either need to use a Super Admin level account, or a user account that has administrative capabilities for the second site.

Hi,
I’m a Super Admin user and the app on the secondary site doesn’t work.

Can you try using a site admin account that’s a user for just that secondary site? You may need to reset the capabilities for the second site (go to the Event Espresso > Maintenance > Reset page)

Hi,
I did created a user with admin and event-admin authorization. This user is only for the secondary site.
I did reset the capabilities.
The app give me the same error message.

Maybe we can circle back to your other topic:

https://eventespresso.com/topic/authorization-header-is-blocked-for-the-app-2/

May I ask what exactly did they do to get the app working for the main site? Perhaps the same needs to be applied for the secondary site?

They did nothing special.
It was impossible for my host to make it work, so I install event espresso on a new site with a free SSL and It worked.
The new install of event espresso is on a multi-site installation because my client needed two currencies for his events.
So I did install the main site and after the secondary for the other currency. I did a test with the app and everything worked for the main and for the secondary site. At this time, I was the only user for both sites. After the test, I did create 2 new users with admin power for both sites.
After that, the app was working for the main site but not for the secondary. It did that for all users, even me, the super admin.

Thanks

So if you remove the new user accounts (in other words, have the site the way it was before new accounts were added) does the app work on both sites again?
