I have EE4 installed. I did originally have the free version of EE4 installed before I purchased the pro version, so I have two thank yo pages: Also I need participants for some trips to be directed to medical forms, while other trips do not need these. Participants registrations is contingent upon them doing that, esp for strenuous trips. |
Hi Monika, It seems your site has two thank pages. Please check if you have configured correct thank you page in Event Espresso > General Settings ->Critical Pages. |

Hi Monika, I can follow up with you with the medical forms question. Will it work to include a link to the medical forms in the email that gets sent out after they complete the registration? |

Hi Monika, I hope my comment helped because I noticed you changed your question 🙂 |

-I changed Critical pages to the other thank you page, so this will hopefully fix it. |
Hi Monika, I have an idea on how this can be setup. Event Espresso 4 has a messages system that handles notifications. By default a set of global or default message templates are enabled and these are used for all events. It is possible to create a custom message template and then assign that to specific events through the event editor. Login to your WP dashboard and go to Messages. Then look for the registration approved message type and then click on create custom. This will take you to the messages editor for the registration approved message type. Ensure that you are editing the correct recipient which will likely be the registrant since they will need to complete the form. Now update the name to some descriptive such as Custom registration approved – medical and then add the link in the content area for the form. Then save changes. From here, you can go to an event that needs to have this information collected and go to the notifications area towards the end of the page. From here, toggle the email tab and then look for the registration approved message type. It will be set to Global. Click on the dropdown and then select your custom registration approved message type. Finally, save changes to your event. Then assign this custom registration approved message type to other events that need the medical form. — |
