Thank You Email

We would like to send out an email to each attendee on the day after the event to thank them and ask for their feedback/comments/etc. Is there a way to have Event Espresso automatically generate and send these emails based on the the attendee list? I know that we can send out customized emails when someone registers and buys a ticket, but is it possible to send one out the day after the event?

Hi there Chuck,

There is no automated notification feature. However, this idea should work:

1) Export a list of attendees from Event Espresso for this event
2) Import the list into a email marketing service like MailChimp
3) Schedule a newsletter to go out on a specific date

Alternatively, you can use the notification feature in Event Espresso, but you would need to manually send out this message through the Attendee List screen:
