Text Formatting Bar Disappeared

I always format my zoom links in the Approved Registration and Upcoming Event Notification e-mails as bold, underline, and blue. All of a sudden this morning the bar where I clicked on the text color has disappeared and I have no idea how to get it back. The top part of the bar that has “Paragraph, B, I, etc.” is still there but the bottom part with :ABC – A etc.” is gone.
