When I try to scan an EE ticket QR code with the EE app I get an error saying “Unable to access web!!” My phone is currently accessing the web, so I’m not sure what the issue is.
Which event and ticket were you trying to scan? Are you able to log in? I was able to log in and scan a ticket on my Galaxy S4 with version 2.0.19 of the Event Espresso app. Can you list the details of your device? Device Name, Android ROM and version.
I take that back. I was successfully scanning when logged in as my admin user. When I log in with the testing credentials (myespresso), I get the same error when scanning.
Can you check the email for the address that’s on file for your account here? I sent you some credentials you can use for another testdrive site that has the Ticketing add-on and JSON API installed.
