Hi there,
Hope you can help with where i can insert a Terms & Conditions link.
I’ve found this wiki which is great, BUT it requires this the be checked on each event, which is open to error (Admin forgetting to check the box on the backend). Ideally it would be hardcoded so it’s a mandatory link for ALL events, or auto-checked.
Any workaround, or a means to hook into the registration checkout page (ideally below the “buy” button and above the “cancel registration link”) would be great.
If this is a templated page, i guess i can also add this in as a basic link, but likely more tricky to add a checkbox that will stop the process unless checked.
Thanks for your advice here.

Hi Matt,
You can make it so the Terms and Conditions checkbox makes it onto every event by moving that question to the Personal Information group. The Personal Information group box cannot be unchecked from the event editor, so it’s not open to error.

Thanks Josh. That’s great.
Is it possible to create something on the check-out page? Seems more intuitive to have it there than the personal details section.
I assume this won’t work with the above questions approach, so is there another way?
It’s not mission critical, more a logical place request.

It’s possible, but will require some PHP development to add a terms and conditions checkbox on the last step of the checkout page.

You could use this action hook:
AHEE__payment_options__reg_step_start
or this one:
AHEE__registration_page_payment_options__payment_info_table_tbody_end
