Hello,
We’re making an inquiry asking if your pro plugin can handle the following criteria. We are booking participants in week-long tennis tournaments. Each tournament allows the participant several options, including choice of singles or doubles. In addition, participants may bring 1+ guests, if desired. Each of the participants may choose from 3 functions for themselves and for any guests that they choose to register. All choices add more to the final payment total which can be paid for over a secure gateway. Below are the choices per registrant. Can Event Expresso support these requirements?

Friday night cocktail party ( $35)

Saturday night dinner ( $75)

Hi John, Event Espresso 3 has an add-on called price modifiers. It works by using questions to increase or decrease the base price for a registration.

Could you tell us more about this project requirement?
Each of the participants may choose from 3 functions for themselves and for any guests that they choose to register.
Currently, a registrant would need to register for an event. For example, there isn’t a feature that allows them to pay X and then have access to Y number of events.

I’ve written to the site owners for clarification on the add-on’s. This is a tennis club which schedules several tournaments per year. The tournament names remain the same but the dates change from year to year. I do not know if all 3 of the edible/drinkable choices are available for an individual tournament or whether it is only one of them or a combination of choices. The site is http://nationaltennisclub.org/ but they do not show many details. I’ve inherited this site and they want to sell registrations online. I will get back with you when I receive the information from them.
