trying to access the template tab to change the display options and everything is grayed out. message says i need to update to Event Espresso 4 right now!
i already purchased this updated and apparently not applying to this function.

Hi,
I checked your site and it’s still using the decaf version of Event Espresso. What you can do is go to your site’s Event Espresso > General Settings page and click the Save button there. After you click the Save button, you’ll see the message shown in this screenshot:

Then you’ll click the Upgrade Now button to complete the upgrade.
