I have EE running on this site here: https://chambermusiccampofhawaii.com/apply
Notice the rotating header at the top. If your click the register now button it takes you to the registration form for this event. My question is what is the name of the template that runs this form? I want to add my header code to it but I an not sure what it is called.

Hi Dawn,
It appears to be missing on several Event Espresso pages. Is the slideshow header enabled on a per page basis through your theme?

Yes it is, and I have it enabled on the pages that have the EE shortcodes – but the generated pages use a template and there is a php code I can ad – just dont know what template to ad it to.

Hi Dawn,
It’s likely the page.php template, except unless if your theme is using a different page template for the registration-checkout page, then it’d be a different template.

Thanks Josh – I was able to get it corrected with page.php. I thought it was going to be specific for EE.
