Hello.

I want to buy your plugin, but I have questions.

1.I can integrate my email responder plugins / autoresponder email list?

2.I translate events all technical texts in Latvian?

  1. I can add different google calendars, my youtube canel?

4.Peoples can pay by bank transfer?Plugins write text invoiced?how the system knows as the invoice has been paid? all automatic?

5.person can pay by paypal and bank card? how the system as person has paid? all automatic?

  1. I different web pages displaying various events? categorize?

7.I connect google hangout event? how it works? People will see that the events are live and hangout?

8.example: a person buys one ticket – the system sends him a link to the webinar? Is this person can give strangers the link and others will also be able to enter without a ticket Webinar buying the ticket? followed by a link to the system used by only one person who has paid?

  1. in free plugin is bad form design(name/email/send button,frame design), I can change the form design?

  2. email sending is server cron comand? can I adjust the e-mail sent to one hour/one cron job? Me is limit email sending in 1hour.

  3. Support is only charge? Then I had to find another plugins / program where the normal support free of charge? I dont understand this plugin support.

Hello Aivars,

Lets see if we can get some of these answered for you.

1.I can integrate my email responder plugins / autoresponder email list?

We currently have the Mailchimp add on that will add users to a Mailchimp mailing list. By default Mailchimp sends a confirmation email to the user so if they fail to agree to it then they will not be added to your list.

2.I translate events all technical texts in Latvian?

We currently don’t have a Latvian translation and are always keen to get more translations, you can fill out the following form to get access to the translation system. https://eventespresso.com/features/languages/#form

I am unsure what you mean, where do you want to add these?

Yes the Premium plugin has a bank transfer and other offline payment gateways. It is a manual process, the user is provided with whatever information you provide and they send you a cheque or money via bank transfer etc and you need to then manually edit their details to confirm payment has been made.

5.person can pay by paypal and bank card? how the system as person has paid? all automatic?

Yes we support PayPal and PayPal Pro and numerous other credit card payment gateways. It is an automated system, so when they pay they are marked as paid in the admin dashboard. Refunds need to be done manually though.

6.I different web pages displaying various events? categorize?

Yes we support event categories and use a short code [EVENT_LIST] with numerous attributes to filter events.

7.I connect google hangout event? how it works? People will see that the events are live and hangout?

We have never had someone use the system for Google Hangouts to my knowledge. It should be possible in that the person signs up for the event and is given an url and time etc, but there is no integration between Event Espresso and Google Plus.

As per above we have no integration so to my knowledge if you give out the link then they can possibly pass this on to others.

The form design is based off of the themes CSS or the Themeroller style. These can of course be changed or deactivated.

Not via Event Espresso, you would need to look at the server settings for that.

11.Support is only charge? Then I had to find another plugins / program where the normal support free of charge? I dont understand this plugin support.

The licence entitles you to access tot he premium plugin and one year of Support and plugin updates for one site (unless developer licence). Once your licence expires you will no longer be able to access the premiums support forums or downloads section and updates will cease. You can still use the plugin as you see fit. We do offer discounts on renewals.

how many translation records are in the full version(Developer)? me free version is show 1080/1014 line.

Hi there,

Usually it’s a free basic support license for one year, but the incentives are given on a case by case basis depending on what work gets put into the translation. Please have a look at some examples of translation work that has been done on the other translations, and fill out the form here if you’re interested in contributing a translation:

I’d recommend checking out the lite version of the plugin to see the default form design. If the WordPress theme you have installed has basic form styles set in its style.css file, the Event Espresso forms will use those styles. The paid version has support for optional jQuery themeroller styles that can override the default styles. There is a selection of ready made jQuery themeroller themes that can be chosen from, or you can “Roll Your own” as they say. If you know how to style forms with CSS, then you can incorporate the changes into a custom style file too.

how much does the upgrade next year?pay each year?

The annual renewal price is based upon the package level you purchased. Generally, Personal license users receive 25% off their renewal, Business license users receive 35% off their renewal and Developer license users receive 50% off their renewal. These discounts also apply to additional addons that are purchased outside of a standard package. Early or on-time renewals will receive this significant discount; late renewals will not receive discounts which means it is much cheaper to keep your license current than to let it expire and you continue to receive support and upgrades.

I’m almost ready to buy the developer license, but me need full integration with my email responder plugin,very good plugin. I have important for all events email sent from my e mail responder plugin, add contacts etc. My email responder plugin working with cron command. Is this possible?

Why are a lot of dissatisfied comments on the program and the team’s performance?

Can I be sure that I will not have extra fees for every detail and question the solutions?

There’s a man writes that customers complain about slow program operation, etc., any comments?

How many people at the same time the program can handle? As far as purchasing tickets at the same time?

The program is designed for very large volumes or small ones?

Hi Aivars,

We have Mailchimp integration and no other email responder currently, which service are you using? It is unlikely that we will create anything but you could use the mailchimp add on asa base and modify it to fit your needs (or beeter yet, create a new plugin for it).

You need to create an account and log in to be able to comment.

Every plugin will face it’s detractors, and not every satisfied customer will review the plugin. We are always happy to have decent reviews and the negative ones are read and noted as well. We are also trying to improve the plugin every day.

The only extra fees we charge are purely optional. The cost of the plugin licence is yearly, that is all you need. However if you want support that goes beyond the support forum (custom setup, coding etc) or a customisation of the plugin or a new gateway then we do charge for those as they are outside of general support.

It’s hard to say as every server and set up is different. If he is having 20 events per day, thousands of visitors and running on a shared host of course it will be slow. As said, it is highly dependant on the individual situation.

This is dependant more on how much traffic your server can handle.

2) Did you fill out the translation form? Whilst we do provide incentives for translators, what those incentives are depends on how much gets translated.
