OK, the french translation is very poor so I didn’t know what the checkbox was for. I have checked the box and the tickets have been locked and duplicated (one with VAT included another VAT included) plus the order reciept does not work anymore (blank page with no php error).

If you change the price of the a ticket that has registrations assigned to it, the original ticket is archived and a duplicate created with your changes. THe reason for this is to maintain the relationship between the current registrations and the ticket they registered onto.

Anymore? So it worked previously?
If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates -> Receipt.
Do you see the receipt content there or are the fields empty?
