Hello, I have used the below to show the table view with two columns and a dropdown (i.e. toggle view) but the table arrives with no dropdown and 5 columns. [ESPRESSO_EVENTS_TABLE_TEMPLATE template_file=espresso-events-table-template-toggle.template.php category_slug=messy-senses-leicester-area category_filter=false] Please see: https://www.messy-senses.co.uk/book-now/ Can you please help? Thanks |

Hi there, Is the above shortcode currently in use on that page? The table is outputting the default template file, if you set If not, can you set the page to use the above so I can see what is happening? Or create another test page up with that shortcode so we can see it there either is fine. |

Hi Tony, First of all… you are my current favourite person / hero! Right… the page is currently using the exact shortcode as in my above post. Since upgrading to https, I seem to be having a few issues. For example, there is now an issue loading the payment details after a customer has booked. The BACS details also do not show up on the booking confirmation email? Another one… the ‘Grid View’ does not now have the ‘hover’ functionality whereby the details show up over the image. Is there something more fundamental going on with the site that is preventing Event Eapresso functionality? All the best, Ian |

Having checked, the code was not used but it is now. It seems that the tables are somehow showing the columns that should be hidden. The bottom of the table seems to indicate that only two columns should be visible. Can you provide any further help considering my previous update too? |

Ok, with regards to the shortcode issue, can you double check and post the exact shortcode currently in use on the page, please?
I just ran a quick test registration on one of your events and didn’t have any issues loading the payment details, is that happening on a specific event?
Did you add those to the email yourself? EE doesn’t include that info by default.
Can you link to that page? What I suspect is happening (for both the Grid and Table View template) is the shortcode tracking isn’t functioning with cornerstone (it isn’t compatible with page builders). If you add the shortcode to a standard page using the WP editor, does it work there? If it works there you can add a snippet to your site to tell EE to loads its assets on the pages your are using the above shortcodes on. |
