table view -how can I change color format

1. table view -how can I change color format
I want to change light blue to possibly white
2.if possible get rid of grid lines or make them white
3. any way to have event name with date under it showing?

espresso 4 – putting it in narrow sidebar

Here is an example of some CSS that you can use to change the color from the light blue to another color:
