Hi,
I would like my events to look similar to the ones in these websites:

If I were to buy the table view add on, would it give me the ability to have this appearance?

Hi Cindra,
In a word, no. The links you provided link to sites using EE3’s basic event list, polished up with CSS. While the Table View addon certainly adds a different look, it is not needed to achieve what those sites have done.
This site – https://creativespiritsco.com/art-event-registration/ – looks like all it has done is gone to Event Espresso > Template Settings > StyleSheet Options section and selected “ui-lightness” as the theme. Perhaps a little custom CSS as well.
The other site looks like custom CSS.
