My setup is WordPress 5.2.2 and Event Espresso 4.10.0.p.
I have made a few registrations already but I see that the “Phone”, “Address”, “City”, “State” and “Zip Code” are missing on the registration form https://monosnap.com/file/lQErtPCSs5IkxGl8oRdoOqtc6o9R5n.
It’s weird because I see them in the “Edit Contact” here https://monosnap.com/file/WuWNZJCgmIHxSXkjDgluFJ8ofVs2kD and here https://monosnap.com/file/G9VT9nHoxHazh4viQOyMBRIps3SWV6.
I can provide you with a registration form link and even with an admin area if you need.
