System is sending 2 confirmation emails to the registrant. One to the primary registrant (Group Event Registration Details) and one to the registrant (Your Event Registration Details) even though only 1 person is registered (myself). How can I stop this from happening?
THe Primary Registrant context is intended to be an additional email, so if you only want one email then you can disable the Primary Registrant context.
Find Registration Approved and click on the Primary Registrant link.
Then at the top of the page you’ll see a toggle switch and it will show:
The template for Primary Registrant Recipient is currently active.
Click that toggle to disable it and retest.
