Hello there,
I have just bought EE4, but realised that two crucial features available in EE3 are missing: Attendee Profiles and Staff Manager
We specifically need these features – is it possible to switch my purchase of EE4 to EE3?

Thanks for updating my account.
Is there a cost difference here?
I have also noticed that some of the add-ons I bought for EE4 have not been now added to the EE3 download i.e. Events Grid Template, the Events Calendar Add-on, and Mail Chimp integration.
How do we rectify this as we do need these add-ons.
