I have purchased a priority token to update our EE4 database to operate EE4 after last update.

Just noting here that I have replied directly via email to your support token.

If you can follow up there we’ll get this fixed for you.

You’re most welcome and thank you.

If you do have any feedback on the new update we appreciate it (good and bad) and we do listen.

Something to note is that if you’ve used an older version of EE4 prior to installing EE5 you will default to the ‘legacy editor’. Go to Event Espresso -> Events -> Default Settings (tab).

Set ‘Activate Advanced Editor?’ to ‘Advanced Editor’ and save, you’ll now have the latest event editor active.
