I submitted a support token on Monday asking for help with mapping fields into Infusionsoft and still have not received the help requested. I’ve heard from Sidney a few times but not in the last day or so… I need this task completed ASAP. What can be done to speed things along???????

Hi Lara,

I’m sorry for the delay. We didn’t have the necessary FTP credentials at first and we need more time to get this finished. I’ll update you on the progress and if there is something you can do to speed things along I will let you know.
