I have written 2 private emails to sales on renewal of my support at 50% discount before expiry date but I did not get a response since 31Aug2016. Can you advise me on how to renew the maintenance?
You guys rocks in providing support and thus I intend to continue the maintenance.

I just noticed that your expiration is not until October 31, so you should see the renewal notification within the next couple of days. However, I can send you a renewal discount link where you can renew today if you like. I will send that via email. Again, please make sure our email address is added to your safe senders list. ????
I am sorry, I did missed out Lorenzo earlier email as it was in the SPAM. I have since added into safe sender list. I have renewed as in your email and thanks once again for the great support provided.
