My WP dashboard shows an update is available for Event Espresso but state my support license is invalid. I have checked that the license is correct and have just renewed in the past few months. I attempted to download the latest version and install but it failed. The old version was still installed and activated. Has anyone experienced this issue and/or know how to resolve. Thank yo win advance for any help.
Looking on your site it looks like you’ve managed to update.
