Support License not Working Properly

Hello, I’m running the latest versions of EE4 and WP. Although I have a valid support license for the domain restoringaloha.org, when I go into restoringaloha.org’s WP backend, I get this error message:

“You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.”

Can someone do a reset of the license so that I can get it running again? Thank you.

Hi Lawrence,

The key is reset. FYI an unreset key will not prevent Event Espresso from running. If Event Espresso isn’t running, it’s something else causing that.

Actually, it’s running OK. It’s the updating of the plugin within WP that wasn’t running. Thanks.
