I only have my account on one domain. Please explain why I am receiving the above notification.
Remove the support license (cut) from the field, save the settings, replace the license key (paste) and re-save the settings once again. Be sure to check for whitespace before/after the license key before saving.
That will re-assign your key and remove the notice.
If communicates between your server and ours are interrupted during a key update call that can trigger these notices.
Thanks for the quick help. Took a while to percolate but eventually started working again. This happened while running the most recent update. Perhaps a trend emerging here?
We are investigating this and monitoring the key resets to narrow the cause down some.
