I see on our Account page there were three license keys, two with the _FREE suffix, and now I am down to two. Do they expire? I am getting this message:
“An automatic update for Event Espresso – Ticketing (EE4+) is available but your Support License Key is invalid. Either you have entered the wrong key on the Event Espresso General Settings page (EE3+ users) or Your Organization Settings page (EE4+ users) OR you no longer have access to the updates for this plugin. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.”
If I have the “EE4 Everything License” why do I need to upgrade?
The two plugins I need to update are EE4 Mailchimp and EE4 Ticketing.
I’ve got the same problem. I’ve got a support license key (two keys: one with and one without ‘FREE’) in early support tickets I saw that I need to put the one without FREE in my event espresso default page, but when I do that, the same anouncement like in Michael L his comment is appearing. What to do??
