Support License Key Issue (2)

Hi,
It says “An automatic update for Event Espresso is available but your Support License Key is invalid”. I’ve copy and pasted the key that was on my account page into the Event Espresso General Settings page and I still get the same message. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there,

When copying your license key, please use the key that does not end _FREE.

When you paste the key into Event Espresso, double check there is no whitespace before and/or after the characters, then save the settings.
