Support License Key is invalid (8)

Hi, we’ve just purchased a new license (it was past the time to renew) and our key hasn’t changed. It says that it is active on our website.
Auto updates of the plugin don’t work as it states the key is invalid. I have had the support license key reset. I’ve removed it in General Settings, and saved, and then re entered it, and saved, but it still doesn’t work.

Hi Suzie,

I checked your account and site and it turns out your site is running EE3, but your license is for EE4. If you prefer to continue to use Event Espresso 3 that’s fine, and you can contact the sales team and they can help you transfer your support license to EE3. I can also recommend that you let them know which add-ons you would like to renew (if any).
