Hi Jacob, Your key doesn’t seem to be assigned to any site currently. I issued you with a new key just to be sure, if you go to Event Espresso -> General Settings. Remove the key from there and save the settings. Then go to your account page, copy the key and paste that within the general settings field on your site. (Check for whitespace before/after before saving) That should assign the key to your domain. |

Additionally, -I just paid $279 for a new lic when all in fact is seems I may have only needed my current lic to be updated? Is this correct? The site is http://www.communityfitnessevents.com the site was badly hacked so we did a huge malware removal and now the emails are not being sent and I have not received any registrations today so far. Please advise on how to best handle this and how to make sure emails are going through. Also, was the $279 the right amount for updating my lic key? |

Correction, emails are now sending but I am missing 3 registrations that I show paypal payments for. At this point, now I just need help with my lic key being updated and helping find the 3 registrations that are missing. |
Hi Jacob, a support license key will provide update services for one year. You won’t need to purchase another support license key to enable support services for a site if you already have an existing support license. Could you follow up with us here so we can check to see if there was a duplicate purchase? sales [at] eventespresso.com On registrations being updated, that uses the PayPal IPN. Hey guys, not sure what I should do at this point. I have tried to get a refund? I paid for a lic because I thought I needed it to work. PLease refund asap. I already have a lic, just bought the wrong item as I thought I needed it to login to the forums… Thanks for your sense of urgency |
I just wanted to update this thread as currently it appears as if we have simply ignored your replies, which is not the case 🙂 When a thread is marked as resolved it no longer appears within our regular support queue, so further replies to a thread that has been marked resolved can be missed. It is not that we ignored your refund request but that this thread was marked resolved and therefor no longer visible, I can see your duplicate purchase has been fixed via email and will now close this thread to further replies (as it is resolved) Please feel free to open up a new thread with any further question you may have. |
