The support license key is stating that it is invalid, but our renewal is 5/20/18. Trying to figure out if this is why the layout of the events are all over the place with words and options overlapping.

Also… a couple of the question groups are posting twice – which they have not done in the past. Would this have something to with the layout?

Hi Tessa,
I’m not seeing any layout issues there. Can you post a screenshot of the layout issue? Usually when there’s a layout issue it’s caused by the theme, and there may be something web browser specific that could use a little styling code to fix. May I ask which web browser are you using?
I’m also not seeing question groups posting twice, so if you can post a screenshot of that, it will help with troubleshooting this.

I can see your screenshots, and the highlights on a few of them communicate a bit of what you’d like changed. I’m afraid the main cause of these layout issues is the WordPress theme. We can work with you on theses issues, but please understand that we’re embarking on making fixes to the theme.
So starting with the ticket selectors:
There’s basically no table styles in place from the WordPress theme, which is unusual. May I assume you want to add some basic table styles? If so you go to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and add this code:

Then moving on to the height of the buttons in the cart modal, the problem there is the theme set a height of 17pixels on all buttons.
This can be fixed by adding the following to the Additional CSS panel:

The issue with the duplicate questions can be avoided by making sure a question is assigned to only one question group.
For example, the T-shirt question is being displayed twice because it’s assigned to a “Race / T-shirt info” question group, and the T-shirt question is also assigned to a “5K Run” group. You can go in to edit the 5K Run group, uncheck the question for the t-shirt size, the save the changes. Then repeat for any other questions that are assigned to more than one question group.
