I was trying to update the plugin, but got the message that my support license key is invalid:
The key you have entered is invalid or has expired. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.
However, I just bought this second plugin just a month ago and it’s not expiring anytime soon. My licence key is not visible in my Account details anymore, only the licence key from a plugin for another website I bought last year.
The account that you are writing from has support for a single site.
If you recently purchased another support license (e.g. Event Espresso 4 personal for a new project), then it could be under another account and different email address.
