my Support License Key on the site is not working for automatic update. Please advice

Hi there,

The license key ending _FREE is for use with Event Espresso Decaf and will not work when updating the regular version.

Go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.

Empty the license key field and save the settings.

Then go to your account page and copy your other license key.

Add that to the general settings page above and save the settings (be sure to check for any whitespace before/after the key before saving)

The update should then show on your site.
