Dear EE-team, when loggin onto my EE domain today I got the following message: “You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.” EE is running on only one domain, so could you please help me fix this? Right now I cannot update. Thanks in advance! Kind regards, Lieneke
It worked, up until I logged of two days ago and logged in again today. Now, I get the above described text even twice at the top of my dasboard. What to try now?
We are experiencing issues with license keys throwing this warning currently and are investigating the cause.
For the time being I will reset your license key once again, although until the cause is found it is possible the notice will display again shortly after resetting. However Event Espresso will continue to work as normal (with the exception of auto updates) whilst the notice is displayed.
I will reset your license key once again, if you could perform the same steps as above that should fix it once again.
Remove the license key (cut) and save the settings, replace the license key (paste) and save the settings once more.
Be sure to check for any white space before/after the key when pasting.
That should then remove the notice and allow updates to work.
