We would like to test the newest version of Event Espresso on our test site somaticpractice.webwatchdawg.com but I’m not able to update to the newest version. Can you perhaps give us a temporary support license key? Or would it be ok to temporarily deactivate the support license on the live site somaticpractice.net, update the test site, then reactivate the support license on the live site? Thanks for your help!

Hi there,
You technically can do the above, switch license keys etc.
However, the license key provides support and one click updates only, so a simpler way to work around this is to just download the update manually and install it.
Leave the key field blank in the site itself and use EE as you would normally to test there.
